An experienced and accomplished high performing senior leader with 40 years’ experience specializing in People and Culture Development and Change across a variety of sectors globally, including financial, travel and professional services. She has held senior leadership roles within Operations (Customer Service and Sales), Global Transitions, Learning Leadership & Talent, and Colleague Engagement.

In her leadership roles, she has initiated, created, executed and led operational strategies for global organisations. She is an expert in the development and delivery of employee engagement strategies and plans, leadership development and enablement, culture mobilisation, change management and learning & development.  She has created award winning strategies, implemented within Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Philippa has led remote and multi-cultural teams within fast moving environments where she has achieved exceptional results.

Recent interventions include multi-cultural partnerships with international and domestic organisations with particular focus on creating deep meaningful culture and employee engagement strategies and leadership enablement

Philippa is a qualified Employee Engagement Specialist, CultureTalk Practitioner, Life Coach, Soft and Behavioural Skills Trainer, and certified in Situational Leadership. She is based in the Delhi NCR region, India where she has lived and worked for over 15 years.
