She has held senior leadership roles within Customer Service, Sales, Global Transitions, Learning Leadership & Talent, and Employee Engagement.

 

She is a Specialist in the design development and delivery of Employee Engagement strategies and plans, Culture mobilisation, Change Management, and Leadership Enablement. She has created award-winning strategies and led remote and multi-cultural teams and initiatives across Europe, Africa, U.S.A, Asia, and the Middle East.
